SHIPPING POLICY
From the date of your purchase, please allow 1-2 business days to ship out. All orders will be processed in 1-2 business days from when the order was placed. This time frame may increase during sales. We process and ship out orders Monday - Friday and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST or DAMAGED SHIPMENTS.
Please refer to your tracking information for courier used to submit a claim to the appropriate contact in the event your shipment was lost, stolen or damaged. We are unable to make changes to shipping speed once orders are placed. We are not responsible for carrier delays including (Holiday, weather, carrier delays), once your item has shipped and has been issued a tracking number- please contact carrier for delays, shipping updates or expected delivery times. We will not be responsible for carrier issues. Carrier contact numbers listed below. Kindly be informed that our shipping fees are fixed and non-refundable.

SHIPPING FAQ'S
Orders can not be changed or cancelled after being placed. (Including All Pre-Orders). We will not make adjustments to orders, edit contact information or addresses, add discount codes or cancel items once orders have been submitted. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all order information is correct prior to submitting order.
P.O Boxes can not be shipped UPS.
Please check your shipping address prior to placing an order, we are unable to make changes to order after placed. In the event your package is returned or needs to be rerouted to us for re-shipment, we will charge $8 shipping to re-ship your package once an updated shipping address is provided.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if UPS or USPS does not meet guaranteed shipping times.

UPS & USPS Customer Service:
In the event that your items are lost or stolen in transit please contact USPS or UPS to file a claim. The carrier will open an investigation for your shipment and will guide you in the next steps for possible refund (from carrier) or next steps in obtaining your items. (Photo of receipt and tracking number from your order will be requested in order to start a claim).
